A highly viscous off-white liquid, non-ionic solubilize, and emulsifying agent that is obtained by reacting hydrogenated castor oil with ethylene oxide. It is a modified Ethoxylated sorbitan esters family emulsifier.
Used as an emulsifier, dispersant, penetrant, leveling agent, lubricant, and ant stat for textiles, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, polishes, insecticides, and herbicides .
